|
Climpact provides "Climate Business Intelligence" (CBI) through "Software as a Service" (SaaS) solutions. Professional Service contributes proactively to this strategy through its direct link with customers and prospects.

JOB DESCRIPTION
|
The Professional Services Consultant is responsible of the overall relationship with customers, from pres-sales to after-sales phases. Through the optimal deployment and usage of CBI, the consultant is committed to full customer satisfaction:

He is the initial contact point during CBI delivery at customer site

He communicates constantly with custoemrs in order to understand and analyse their detailed needs

He specifies and implements the Climpact solution that answers to those needs

He is responsible for training and proactively follows-up the usage of BCI at customer site
-
He insures the technical link between customers and the support and development team, in order to prioritize and solve in a timely a way technical issues and requests for enhancements

He is commited to customer support (alerts, on-going analyses)

He contributes to Climpact conntinuous improvement through ideas and feedback from the field experience

He keeps updated with respect to CLlmpact solutions and related technologies

PROFILE
|
Required experience
-
Bsc in statistics and / or computer science, the candidate has a previous consulting experience of 2 to 5 years
-
Strong capacities of analysis and understanding of customer needs
-
Leadership and responsibility in project management
-
Emphasis on service and communication skills towards customers and Climpact teams
-
Very good communication skills - written and spoken - fluent in English and French
Technical knowledge
-
Good knowledge of SQL databases
-
Working environment under Linux and Windows
-
Specific development based on existing tools and libraries (Java API, scripts)

Daily usage of office tools - spreadsheets
